You can bake a spooky centerpiece using the Haunted Halloween Gingerbread House recipe Ingredients½ cup salted butter1 cup brown sugar1 cup molasses2 tbsp ground cinnamon1 tbsp ground ginger½ tsp ground cloves1 tsp salt½ cup water6 cups all-purpose flour InstructionsMelt the base: Heat butter, brown sugar, molasses, spices, salt, and water in a saucepan until melted and smooth. Let it cool slightly.Add flour: Stir in the flour to form a stiff dough. Chill the dough for at least 2 hours.Cut shapes: Roll out the dough and cut out walls, roof panels, and other spooky shapes using a template.Bake: Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 12–15 minutes until firm. Cool completely before assembly.Assemble and decorate: Use thick royal icing to glue the walls and roof together. Decorate with candy, chocolate, and eerie details.
