June 13,2023 This lawsuit and tort claims was opened by the u.s.p.s employees and returned to me a month later from Merrill Oregon Post office and this address is verifiable on Google chrome World 🌍 wide and I've also been to this office over the years with my brother Dion Simon and more people so I called the Pentagon sectary of Defense in Washington DC and left a message about this and also the u.s.p.s inspector general in Chicago Illinois and pressed charges on all the u.s.p.s employees past, present and Future for harassing me and criminally opening my mail and IV had a lot of mail 📬💌 stolen including checks from lawsuits and the us Treasury dept and since 1980 to current! so these people do not value there jobs ! this huge lawsuits already went out to 150 offices and News channels and news papers and also global and worldwide and USA for the last 3 months and this is the first 289 hour's when I was held hostage in Klamath Falls Oregon in there photic jail/ prison on set up charges by David Kent, Sandra rasdel, Theresa Rodgers and the city,state, county, federal,iba, substations and chilquen police and there friends and families and I've never been arrested prior to this in my life and I had to walk from 3201 Vandenberg road/Ave Klamath Falls Oregon to Tulelake California to get help from a guy named cowboy and my Stepdad/ great uncle William r/bill Llweyen and Virginia Llweyen on November 9,2019 and bill Llweyen drove me #0382 to Alturas, California and I testified first against Klamath Falls Oregon and everyone in the world today and only the real victim's will prevail for life!
